Estia Poseidon

It has been a true privilege to be the first passengers on board of the Estia Poseidon. Everything about our experience was an absolutely perfection. From the amazingly hospitable hostess, to the multitalented chef, to the resourceful and attentive deckmen, and finally, to the professional captain!

They made this trip an unforgettable one. I hope to be back soon.

I would like to share my unending gratitude towards this wonderful crew for making this trip special. Even when I returned to the yacht at 3 am, the crew greeted me with a smile and a joke.

I welcome all the members of the crew to come visit Ukraine. It is not as beautiful as Greece, but it does have its charms. Thank you for everything!

At the end of this wonderful week on the “Estia Poseidon” we would like to thank the whole crew.  We are sailing every year for the last 18 years and we have never had a good crew like you.

Raphael – the Captain is professional and attentive to our requests and needs and of course to the condition of the sea and the winds.

Sacha, the hostess was so helpful, mindful and caring both for us adults and for the children and for our baby.

Vassilis is a very good chef and prepared us delicious meals. On top of it he is involved in many other duties during the cruise.

Dimitris with his deep blue eyes is very calm and responsible.

Teo is everywhere all the time, taking care of whatever is needed.

You are the best Crew!!!

We hope to come again and enjoy your kindness and hospitality. We feel like family.

Because the trip is not just a journey.

But also, the people who accompany you...

Because the boat has not only a stern and a bow,

but, the captain and crew...

This was truly the trip of a lifetime. While we saw many bigger, fancier, flash yachts during our trip, I can say with confidence that we had the absolute best crew in the entire Mediterranean!

Words cannot express our appreciation for the care + love shown by the crew our friends, we leave Greece full of memories and have more than a few pounds heavier. We will be back.

PS: While you, the Captain, look younger than my 4 sons, your professionalism in stressful situations is impressive. Thank you for your exemplary leadership.

Dear Captain and Crew,

When we saw the pictures of the yacht we were thrilled when we boarded and discovered that there were no surprises.

 The ship was as beautiful as the pictures a classically beautiful and elegant yacht. We also expected a good crew but what was a humbling surprise is the care the crew took of us. Their gracious demeanor and their passion for our utmost enjoyment.

 This level of care started to long before we arrived. Hearing that there would be no children and that we would be 4 couples, they decided to try and engineer turning the twin bedded rooms into double beds by building and attaching a platform which they placed over the twin beds and then dressed it with the usual linens, pillows and signature logo. We were truly overwhelmed and the problem of who would get the twin rooms disappeared instantly.

 So from the outset we had big smiles and a grateful heart for these thoughtful people who we would spend a week with.

And as I have attempted to explain, though the words come with difficulty, the service of our joyful excursion just got better daily!!

We are already planning our return trip.

No more Ponant and Seabourn Cruises for us!!
